Vendor Debriefing

Any vendor meeting the criteria can request a debriefing meeting with the File Lead regarding the award status of the contract.


Vendors must request a debrief meeting within 10 business days of receipt of award notification.

To request a debrief

The vendor contacts the File Lead by phone or email to request a debrief meeting. The meeting will take place by phone or in person at a time agreed to by both parties.

What to expect

During the debriefing we will only discuss your proposal and what you can do to improve your chances in future Support Services RFPs.
