Patient Satisfaction Survey

The Agency is looking for input from the public about medical laboratory services throughout the province.

We want to hear from you about your most recent experience in an outpatient laboratory, whether it’s a hospital or private lab. 

This feedback is vital to BC’s laboratory services:

  • To provide insights into important aspects of lab services
  • To learn more about your needs and expectations 
  • To identify opportunities for improvement
The results of the survey will be reported twice yearly on the Agency’s website and will be one of the  Agency’s ongoing quality measures. Our goal is to ensure laboratory diagnostics are quality driven, transparent, and accountable to the people and province of British Columbia.
